On Friday, September 2, we hosted an open house! The open house was held primarily for new learners who wanted to get more information about our programs.

We were also surprised to see several familiar faces who returned to SEM for additional services. There were a few of our previous learners from years’ past who returned to inform us about their new employment, or to get additional workforce readiness training.

At the event, guests were able to learn about their options and how to sign up for:

  • Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED
  • Job Placement Assistance
  • Resume and Cover Letter Creation

It was exciting to have new faces in the building. We are looking forward to helping the newest members of the Southeast Ministry family!
