On Wednesday, March 4th, our AMEN Job Readiness Instructors, November DuBose and Eric Garvanne, held a meeting for some of our active job readiness participants.
The meeting began with an open discussion about what is working, what is not working, and suggestions after an introductory icebreaker.
“We’ve got to sharpen up our game if we intend to win,” said Mr. Garvanne.
Strong feelings of excitement and hope from our job readiness participants filled the room, as they learned of the opportunities they have for the assistance they need in order to address the challenges they are meeting in the job market.
